Since June 2021, FORUM 16 has been elected as a member organization of the “Platform for Civic Education of Youth for Combating Radicalization (Youth Against Violence)”.
This platform, led by CSOs, aims to provide counter-narratives and alternative narratives to combat radicalization by offering an educational model of cooperation to generate community activities. Members of the platform are civil society organizations working with young people, youth education and activities to prevent radicalization, violent extremism and terrorism, young people living in Skopje, Kumanovo and Struga and high schools, teachers, municipal representatives and other institutions.
Implementers of the project “Platform for Civic Education of Youth for Combating Radicalization (Youth Against Violence)” are the Initiative for European Perspective (IEP) in partnership with Nexus – Civic Concept from Skopje, Aqua from Struga, Center for Intercultural Dialogue (CID ) from Kumanovo.
The project duration is from January 2020 to December 2023.
